A bold move that proved rewarding!
Our spacious two-bedroom suite was a dream come true! With strong showers, air conditioning, and even a jacuzzi, it provided the perfect retreat. The friendly staff were really good too assist us. And while the rooftop pool was small, it was still a lovely spot to relax after a day out.

Quiet setting, incredible staff.
My favourite property in Tulum. Great base for travelling to Tulum and exploring local places. Location just next door to the beach and town as well as central Tulum. Also, still in an area that's in the process of being built up. Huge units for those indoor bedrooms.

Our favourite, small hotel in Tulum with especially helpful and very amiable staff. Reasonably large room for those indoor bedrooms, great service...

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was amazing and great and adjacent to the supermarket, the beach and town and the main town and ADO bus station. The room was never cleaned or linen changed and available for those indoor bedrooms. There were a safe box, TV set, and a refrigerator if needed. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and incredible. All the services were attentive! Everything was simply very good.

Spending 7 nights in a two-bedroom suite was quite pleasant. The spacious layout provided ample room for our family and featured strong showers and efficient air conditioning. The staff's friendliness stood out, especially their valuable recommendations on local supermarkets. The rooftop pool felt smaller than expected, and the lack of a children's area was disappointing. While the nearby town was easily accessible, the absence of breakfast options on-site was a letdown. A standout was the fresh salmon served nearby, which we enjoyed .

We booked for three nights but faced numerous problems, including a room that felt claustrophobic with no real windows. The hotel felt poorly maintained, and there was no reliable service. A huge disappointment given Tulum's beautiful surroundings. Consider better alternatives nearby for a pleasant stay.

The two-bedroom suite offered ample room for our family, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area. We especially appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to assist us with local tips and arrangements. The garden view from our patio added a serene touch to our stay.

Spacious and Relaxing Family Suite
We enjoyed a two-bedroom suite that was spacious and equipped with a kitchen, dining area, and multiple TVs, ensuring everyone had plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning worked well, and the strong showers were a plus. The super nice team, providing excellent recommendations and arranging convenient services. The rooftop pool was smaller than expected, which could be a concern for families with children.
